Family & Friends Scrimmage Day

Cairns Roller Derby and Tableland Roller Derby League are teaming up to bring you three levels of scrimmage on Sunday, August 9th — perfect for new spectators, derby fans, and anyone curious about the sport.

Doors open: 12pm

Entry: $10 (kids under 12 free)

Scrimmage Schedule:

• Red Scrimmage (Non‑contact) — 12:30pm
• Yellow Scrimmage (Low‑contact) — 1:30pm
• Green Scrimmage (Full contact) — 2:30pm

Come support our skaters, grab a snack, and see what roller derby is all about.

It’s a great chance to cheer on local athletes, learn the game, and enjoy a fun community day.   We’ll also have a sausage sizzle, bake sale and merch available to purchase.
