Did you hear about the TikTok 'Baked Feta Pasta' dish?
The internet went wild for it but I've decided to do a slight variation using goat's cheese.
While goat's cheese does have a higher calorie and fat content, it also contains more protein which makes us feel full for longer.
I'll be cooking up a "Creamy mushroom and goat's cheese Pasta", and hopefully it will end up just as nice as the Feta dish.
Here's the recipe in case you want to try it at home too.

Creamy mushroom and goat's cheese Pasta
thyme (dried or fresh)
pasta of choice
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Throw your sliced mushrooms into a baking pan and drizzle with oil, some dried thyme and a ¼ teaspoon garlic powder. Toss it all through to coat the mushrooms. Break your goat's cheese in half and nestle a piece in each end of the pan, covering with a little more oil.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the mushrooms are soft and the cheese is gooey.
Meanwhile cook your choice of pasta, timing it so that it's hot and cooked when your baking tray is done. In the last moment, toss your frozen peas into the cooking pasta to just warm them.
Drain the pasta and peas, toss them straight into the baking dish and toss it through to break up the baked mushrooms and goat's cheese. It creates its own creamy and delicious sauce.
Dress with fresh thyme (if you're using it) and serve.
