After spending 14 hours in the chair getting her hair dyed blonde and a strict diet leading up to the occasion, Kim called it the "original naked dress".

The dress is considered to be one of the world’s most expensive dresses, after Ripley’s museum in Florida purchased it for $6.8 million in 2016.
