A man has suffered a serious head injury after falling off a bridge in Kuranda.
The incident happened at the Hickory Road Bridge around 4pm yesterday, with the man nearly drowning in the Barron River.
Paramedics treated the man before taking him to Cairns Hospital in a serious condition.
