A man was arrested and charged at Normanton on Wednesday night following an incident at Cairns North earlier this month.
Police were dealing with an unrelated matter at a Sheridan Street apartment complex at around 9.30 PM on February 15 when they observed a man stumble out of a nearby unit and collapse in a courtyard.
