A crash at Mirriwinni has injured four people, including an infant.

Paramedics and the rescue helicopter were tasked to the serious two-vehicle collsion on the Bruce Highway around 11.20am yesterday.

A woman in her 50s has been airlifted to Cairns Hospital with serious neck and chest injuries, while a man in his 30s suffered pelvic injuries.

Meanwhile, a woman in her 30s and an infant were both taken to Innisfail Hospital for observation.
