55 charges dished out to Cairns property crime offenders
Four people have been charged with 55 offences in Cairns overnight.
A 29-year-old man is accused entering a basement carpark of an apartment block on Deauville Close, Yorkeys Knob, stealing a push bike before leaving on June 12.
It's further alleged he stole a car from a Bungalow business on Monday.
He has been bailed to appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court on July 8.
A 15-year-old girl has been charged with four counts of stealing, three counts of enter premise and commit indictable offence, and one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and wilful damage.
She is accused of stealing alcohol from a Mount Sheridan liquor store on separate occasions in May.
It's further alleged the girl broke into a number of market-place stalls on Abbott Street and stole property on May 30.
She has been held in custody to appear in the Cairns Childrens Court.
Two 13-year-old boys have been charged with multiple offences committed throughout Cairns City, Mount Sheridan, Mooroobool, Brinsmead, Earlville and Bayview Heights between June 11 and June 19.
One teen was charged with five counts of burglary four counts of attempted enter dwelling, three counts each of enter dwelling and unlawful use of a motor vehicle and two counts of wilful damage.
The other boy was charged with ten counts of attempted enter dwelling, eight counts of burglary, four counts each of enter dwelling and unlawful use of a motor vehicle and one count each of stealing and attempted unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
Police opposed both boys bail and they will appear in the Cairns Childrens Court.
