More than 200 thousand dollars worth of illegal cigarettes, vapes and nicotine products have been seized in Cairns.
A Grafton Street business was raided by Cairns Health officers on Tuesday after a compliance inspection.
More than 150 thousand cigarettes, 1,200 vapes and over 11 kilos of loose tobacco was seized.

CHHHS Acting Manager Environmental Health Andrew D’Adonna said his team identified multiple breaches.
“The health risks to the community associated with these products are well known and we are dedicated to working with our partner agencies to minimise community harm,” Mr D’Addona said.
The shop was closed for 72 hours and hit with 10 penalty infringement notices.
