Cairns detectives are seeking public assistance to help identify a wanted person.
Officers are trying to find the identity of a man who attempted to enter a vehicle last week.

Police say at 4.30 am on December 19 the man tried to break into a Nissan Navara from a Winkworth Street home at Bunglalow.
Police will continue to urge anyone who recognises the man or has any information, to come forward.
Investigations are ongoing.
