It’s been a few months since we all saw David and Victoria Beckhams son Brooklyn accuse his parents of actively interfering with his marriage, alongside other things. But Brooklyn just turned 27 and his parents took the time to ensure that despite the feud that he is of course still their son.
To celebrate his birthday David and Victoria posted images with accompanying messages celebrating his 27th birthday. David wrote “Happy birthday bust, we love you.”, Buster, is a nickname for Brooklyn that David has been using since Brooklyn was born.
It’s been a couple months now since the now famous instagram post that Brooklyn made calling out his parents for their family relationship breaking down. But it’s nice to see that the parents are still looking to extend a hand out to their son on an important day. Though it’s unclear if Brooklyn will accept, for those who missed it, the claims Brooklyn made were fairly substantial. Brooklyn claims that his parents deliberately tried to derail his marriage, saying that Victoria cancelled making his wife’s wedding dress at the last minute, and even danced in an inappropriate manner on Brooklyn at his wedding ceremony. Allegedly David also refused to visit the pair when they were travelling for his birthday. Also making note that his wife Nicola had been “consistently disrespected by my family”.
As of right now it’s unclear where the family sits, David and Victoria never really responded to these claims Brooklyn made, and Brooklyn is yet to recognise his family’s birthday wishes.
