Police have found the body of a 49-year-old man reported missing in Lake Tinaroo.
A search operation continued at the lake this morning for the man who went missing while swimming just after 11am yesterday.
It’s understood the man was helping his two children return to shore when he failed to resurface.

The children were assessed by paramedics on scene, and were not injured.
Shortly before 3.30pm today officers found the body within the search area.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner, however there are not considered to be any suspicious circumstances.
