A 51-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a man at Mooroobool.
Police found a 76-year-old man dead at a Lotus Place address on Saturday at around 1.40pm.
Officers located a 51-year-old man who is known to the man at a Whitfield residence a short time later.

He has been charged with one count of murder, a domestic violence offence.
He will face Cairns Magistrates Court today.
