Mackay detectives have charged a woman following alleged possession of drugs and a firearm in Mackay earlier this month.
On the morning of May 3, police executed an emergent search warrant at a Nebo Road hotel.
During the search, police say they located a quantity of dangerous drugs, including methylamphetamine, methylenedioxymethamphetamine, and suboxone strips, as well as drug utensils and ammunition.
Police conducted a further search of a gold Prado parked outside the property and allegedly located a firearm and a quantity of methylamphetamine.
A 43-year-old Carruchan woman was charged with four counts of possessing dangerous drugs, and one count each of unlawful possession of weapons, authority required to possess explosives, unlawful possession of suspected stolen property, and possessing utensils.
She has been remanded in custody and will reappear before Mackay Magistrates Court.
