A man has been hospitalised following a single-vehicle crash at Kewarra Beach.
It happened at the intersection of the Captain Cook Highway and Poolwood Road at 7.15pm, Wednesday.
Paramedics have taken a man in his 70s to Cairns Hospital stable with chest pain.
