A midnight police chase through Earlville has ended with officers arresting a man and teenage girl after allegedly stealing a Nissan Pulsar.
Authorities say the car was first spotted on Mulgrave Road just after midnight on Friday (April 24), before a 33-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl sped off, evading officers.
After being chased through Earlville, they allegedly dumped the vehicle after police spiked its tyres.

A dog squad track found them hiding in a Hoare Street yard.
The 33-year-old man faces a long list of charges, including an earlier assault on a 78-year-old man.
The teen girl will appear in court this week.
