A man and woman have been arrested after a stolen vehicle was tracked on Wednesday.
The 34 year old man and 21 year old woman were allegedly nabbed in a stolen Mazda just after 9am at Lake Street.
After the pair were arrested police say there was a syringe containing meth in the man’s possession.

Both have been charged with a number of offences, including unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
The man has also been charged with one count each of possess dangerous drugs, fail to dispose of syringe, and unlicensed driving.
The woman has also been charged with one count of possessing property suspected stolen, and two counts of breach of bail.
Bail was refused for both and the pair were expected before the Cairns Magistrates Court yesterday, 27 August.
