A woman has been been pulled unconscious from the water at Trinity Beach.
Multiple paramedic units reportedly rushed to the near drowning incident off Vasey Esplanade around 6.45pm yesterday.
The woman in her 50s was treated at the scene and was then taken to Cairns Base Hospital in a critical condition.
