Two elderly pedestrians have been hit by a car at Cairns North.
A man and woman, both aged in their 70s, were struck by a vehicle on Sheridan Street around 7.30pm Thursday.

The man suffered a leg injury, while the woman suffered multiple abrasions.
Both have been taken to Cairns Hospital in stable conditions.
