A 20-year-old man has been hospitalised after a serious assault at a Manunda Shopping Centre.
It’s alleged the man was punched in the face by an unknown man yesterday, before the offender fled the scene .
The 20-year-old was treated at Cairns Hospital for serious facial injuries before reporting the incident to police.
