A 12-year-old boy died, when a stolen Toyota Fortuna rolled on Stratford Road early on June 21.
Three other people aged 19, 20 and 22 were taken to Cairns Hospital for treatment.
The 19-year-old Yarrabah woman is now accused of being involved in the theft of the vehicle from a Pomona Avenue property, and being a passenger when it crashed.
She has been charged with enter dwelling, enter premises and unlawful use of motor vehicle and is due in Cairns Magistrates Court on August 19.
It comes as a 20-year-old Mooroobool man had already been charged with being involved in the theft and was also a passenger in the vehicle when it crashed.
Investigations are ongoing.
