The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a vehicle and motorbike crash which claimed the life of a 64-year-old man in the Tablelands.
Paramedics rushed to the scene on the Gillies Range Road, at East Barron, at 3pm yesterday to reports a black Harley Davidson motorcycle had collided head on with a silver SsangYong Rexton.
The rider, a 64-year-old Parramatta Park man died at the scene.

Police say his pillion passenger, a 50-year-old woman, was transported to Cairns Hospital with serious injuries.
Another three people with minor injuries were transported to Atherton Hospital in stable conditions.
Investigations into the circumstances are ongoing and police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has dashcam vision to come forward.
